Pioneer DJ have announced a new 4-channel controller, the DJ-FLX10.

The 4-channel DJ controller is compatible with rekordbox and Serato DJ Pro and introduces a new rekordbox-primed feature called Mix Point Link, which enables you to "neatly and seamlessly link the playback of tracks in your set while freeing up your hands."

Harnessing the power of track separation technology, Pioneer say the controller is ideal for performing "mash-ups on the fly with no need to prepare tracks in advance". Another key feature is the "first-ever" multi-coloured jog ring, which can be customised in line with the track separation features.

Last year, Pioneer DJ updated rekordbox to version 6.6.4 and added the ability to analyse tracks from the cloud.

The DJ-FLX10 is available for purchase now and is priced at £1,469. You can watch a demo video below, and check the Pioneer site here for more info.

Earlier this month, Pioneer announced a new all-in-one DJ system, the OPUS-QUAD, which promises to "enhance the aesthetics of any environment" and features a "freshly designed user interface" with a 10.1" touchscreen.

The brand also recently unveiled its new 4-channel mixer, the DJM-A9, while November 2021 saw the arrival of a new two-channel all-in-one DJ unit called the XDJ-RX3.
